In the context of preventing covid-19 in all government agencies in Ambon City, the Ambon City government organizes vaccinations for all ASN in the Ambon City area. The vaccine itself aims to create herd immunity so that people become more productive in carrying out their daily activities. For this reason, the Ambon City BPS, which is a government agency located in the Ambon City area, must comply with these provisions.
All civil servants and PPNPN BPS Ambon City participated in the government program by participating in the vaccination which was held at the Waihoka Health Center, according to the domicile of the Ambon City BPS Office located in Waihoka Village. Vaccination which was attended by employees and PPNPN BPS Ambon City was carried out 2 times with a predetermined time. The first vaccine will be held on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at the Waihoka Health Center. However, at that time there were employees and PPNPN BPS Ambon City who had to take part separately the following month because they had just recovered from COVID-19 or were sick which prevented them from being able to take the first vaccine with other employees.
Then proceed with the second vaccine which is carried out with time division due to quota provisions from the Puskesmas. For employees and PPNPN who take part in the first batch, it will be held on June 15, 2021, while the second batch will be held on June 17, 2021. As for employees and PPNPN who have just taken the first vaccine in May 2021, the second phase will only be vaccinated in July 2021.
With the vaccine, it is hoped that all Ambon City BPS employees and PPNPN can have body resistance against covid-19, so they can carry out BPS work activities better.
