Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Ambon Municipality 2023

Statistics Office of Indonesia (BPS), as one of the public service providers that provides statistical data and information, always strives to provide excellent service to consumers. The Data Needs Survey (SKD) aims to obtain perceptions of consumer satisfaction with BPS data services, identify data needs and perception of consumer satisfaction with the quality of data produced by BPS. This publication provides a descriptive explanation regarding service unit performance, anti-corruption behavior, data needs, and consumer satisfaction with BPS data quality. The Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK) are the main indicators presented in this publication.
