Analysis of Data Needs Survey Results in BPS-Statistics of Ambon 2020

The purpose of Data Needs Survey (SKD) are to identify the segmentation of BPS data users, data needs and user satisfaction levels with BPS data and services. This is intended as input for BPS in order to provide the best public services. The results of the 2020 SKD show that 100 percent of data seekers at the Integrated Statistic Services (PST) of BPS-Statistics of Ambon, are satisfied with the services provided. Meanwhile, satisfaction to the quality of the data presented reached 88.6 percent. The level of satisfaction for BPS-Statistics of Ambon's PSTservices as measured by the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) reached 98.01, while the IKK for satisfaction with data quality reached 95.45 (Very Satisfactory).
